The GTS-80 system provides superior corrosion protection and excellent bonding on pipelines operating up to 80°C. GTS-80 has been designed with a unique adhesive technology that remains “open” longer than traditional adhesives. Also, special surface active agents allow bonding to lower surface energy coatings (such as polypropylene). As a result, lower preheat temperatures are required to attain true adhesive wet-out and superior bonding to PE and FBE surfaces is achieved.

Compared to other Factory Grade™ 3LPE coating systems, GTS-PE provides very low installation temperatures and a proven, uniform and repeatable application process.

Launched in 2000, the GTS-PP 3LPP coating system remains the world’s leading joint coating for 3LPP coated pipelines. Its patented design uses Factory Grade™ polypropylene materials to deliver equivalent performance to, and fusion to, the factoryapplied 3LPP coating with low installation temperatures and a proven and controlled application process.

The Canusa Atomizer Gun is an advanced pneumatic dispenser designed to spray apply Canusa’s two component HBE for standalone corrosion protection systems, and/or Liquid Epoxy Types for 3-layer corrosion protection systems. The gun is capable of applying Canusa’s liquid coatings faster, easier, with less clean up, with less applicator error and with minimal equipment maintenance vs. conventional brush and spray install methods. The Atomizer Gun and Cartridge System allow applicators to produce a coating thickness that is both consistent and repeatable.
The system design is made up of the following componentry: Canusa Atomizer Gun, Atomizer Cartridge, and Mixing Tip Nozzle (straight and 90° angle mixing tips available). Uses include coating mainline pipelines, rehabilitation projects, girth weld fi eld joints, damage repairs to FBE, and pipeline valves, fi ttings or bends.

The Canusa HBE-HT is a state-of-the-art two component epoxy coating system which has been specifi cally formulated for high temperature pipelines. Applied to bare steel, HBE-HT has proven to withstand operating temperatures up to 150°C (302°F) with exceptional performance. HBE-HT is used for protection of pipeline fi eld joint girth welds, valves and fi ttings, as a holiday repair material on FBE coated pipe or for rehabilitation projects. This superior, 100% solids, novolac epoxy system can either be spray applied or brush applied to the intended substrate.
